Most interpretations of Bhagavad Gita available world over contained impurities. Unless one reached stage of enlightenment one was not competent to write a commentary on Bhagavad Gita so says Bhagavad Gita! The interpretation of Bhagavad Gita by Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Ramanuja, Swami Sivananda and Mahatma Gandhi carried no meaning in present times as all these people did not gain enlightenment in their lifetime. If we had the zeal, God Almighty always prompted the correct way.Even though I can interpret most of Bhagavad Gita in Sanskrit still, I prefer the Hindi transliteration as it is my mother tongue. Having understood inner meaning of life for me to decipher teachings contained in Bhagavad Gita is like ABCD. I have much to give to society but I find no takers in the bargain. In my 50 years of spiritual travail I have yet to find a person as competent as Swami Vivekananda the famous disciple saint of Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa!Swami Vivekananda did not gain enlightenment in his lifetime as his goal of life was not gaining self realization God realization! Had Swami Vivekananda desired gaining enlightenment in his lifetime he could have easily done so under the able preceptorship of Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa one who realized God in his lifetime. People who were eager to reach stage of enlightenment in present life must become totally truthful before indulging in Bhagavad Gita. For understanding precepts contained in Bhagavad Gita in totality our remaining truthful for a period of 12 years in continuation was mandated by God Almighty.
